Scout Basic
This dynamic chair was designed with built-in lumbar support and a 20-degree fixed tilt at shoulder level. This chair features hand operated riding brakes, knobby wheels, flip-up armrests, three point positioning belt, removable/ adjustable footplates, toggle wheel locks, and anatomic back.

Scout Transit
The Scout Transit, the bus/van tie-down model from Convaid, has been successfully crash tested at 30 mph, 20g decel in a forward-facing configuration, using a 4-point chair tie-down and 3-point occupant restraint system. This model includes H-harness with padded strap covers and headrest extension. Also comes with bus/van tie-down anchors.
